The Home of Hope is home to over 200 orphans from villages throughout the country. This is their dormitory of four floors and a rooftop guesthouse (where I stayed) (Click the picture to enlarge) :

  Celebrating the "Big Day". In Bangladesh the word for Christmas is Bhoro Din, literally translated big day. At the Home of Hope the children celebrate with a program full of songs and cultural dancing (Click the picture to enlarge).

The children take their yearly fieldtrip in December. Last year they were able to pile up into a bus and go to the zoo.

The generation hope project allows for children who would normally be unable to pay for schooling go to school and receive a free lunch (click picture to enlarge).
